Field capture and AI-assisted estimating for contractors.

Walk the job, capture it once, and let ConstPRO build out a thorough room-by-room estimate. The estimator's job becomes a once-over: check the quantities and labor rates, enter subcontractor pricing, and send.

  • Customer entry: start every project with the customer and property details in one place.
  • Sketch, photos and video: add a basic sketch, job photos and a walkthrough video of the damage or the space.
  • Room-by-room line items: the scope is broken out by room, top to bottom.
  • Companion tasks included: the related work that's easy to forget, such as painting trim or installing light fixtures, is called out.
  • Low, medium and high grade pricing: price items like cabinets by the linear foot based on the grade the customer wants.
  • Bundled assemblies: common combinations of materials and labor are grouped so they're priced together.
